Vybz Kartel\u2019s official hype man, MC Nuffy, is in celebratory mode following a successful United Kingdom tour alongside award-winning New Jersey-based DJ Ras Emmanuel and dancehall artist Marcy Chin.<\/div>\n

\u201cIt\u2019s a pleasure being in the UK,\u201d Nuffy told Caribbean Life on Tuesday, April 14, 2025. \u201cI have to tell the fans and the promoters a lot of thanks\u2026 I love the support from them.\u201d<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
Returning to the UK for the first time since November, Nuffy said he came armed with new music.
\n\u201cI have a new song out right now, which is \u2018Pon Di Grung\u2019, and another one titled \u2018Ready Now,\u2019\u201d he said.<\/div>\n

But beyond his own catalog, Nuffy made it clear that one of the standout elements of the tour was Ras Emmanuel\u2019s strong performances and the growing impact of his new hit song \u201cDrinky Drinky.\u201d<\/div>\n

\u201cRas Emmanuel is my brother. He is a great youth. The song \u2018Drinky Drinky\u2019, great thing man,\u201d Nuffy said.
\nBuilt on DJ Mac\u2019s popular WYFL dancehall juggling riddim that features top-tier artists like Vybz Kartel, Mavado, Chronic Law, Valiant, Anthony B, \u00a0Skippa, Nigy Boy, and Skeng, Emmanuel emphasized that \u201cDrinky Drinky\u201d has been gaining traction not just in clubs but across radio and social media platforms.<\/div>\n

When describing Emmanuel\u2019s stage presence, Nuffy didn\u2019t hold back.
\n\u201cWhen it comes to Ras Emmanuel, he is not normal on stage \u2014 pure energy. Him turn up the whole place,\u201d Nuffy said.<\/div>\n

\u201cWe combine properly on the road,\u201d he added. \u201cWe know each other,\u201d he added.
\nRas Emmanuel said that the tour made stops in East London, Birmingham, and Luton.<\/div>\n

\u201cIt was great being on the road with Nuffy,\u201d he said. \u201cThey attach a new name to me \u2013 \u2018Drinky Drinky\u2019. They call me the \u2018Drinky Drinky, Drunken Master.\u2019\u201d
\nBuilt on the WIFI riddim, Jamaican-born, New York-based entertainment promoter Anthony \u201cER Guru\u201d Turner said \u201cDrinky Drinky\u201d has been gaining traction not just in clubs but across radio platforms.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

While in England, he said Ras Emmanuel made an appearance on the popular AG Live road show and did a radio interview on the Robbo Ranx radio show, both of which he credited as major highlights.
\n\u201cMy biggest accomplishment on the trip was the interview and performance I did with AG,\u201d Ras Emmanuel said. \u201cIt was a big audience.\u201d<\/div>\n

Looking ahead, MC Nuffy said he is already planning his next moves, with ambitions to expand beyond the USA and Europe.
\nHe also hinted at future performances on major stages, including Jamaica\u2019s biggest reggae showcase, Reggae Sumfest.<\/div>\n

Ras Emmanuel also expressed interest in performing at Reggae Sumfest 2026, which will be headlined by Vybz Kartel and Mavado on Saturday, July 18, 2026, at Plantation Cove in St. Ann, Jamaica.<\/div>\n
